As co-founder and CEO of Viridis Chemical, Carl transformed a dormant facility into a globally recognized operation, earning multiple international awards for innovation.

At Waste Management, he led the creation of a $750M investment portfolio, overseeing 35+ strategic ventures that redefined the industry’s approach to sustainability and growth. Carl’s expertise in deal sourcing, capital markets, and operational excellence has consistently driven value creation across multiple industries.

Carl holds both an MBA and a BBA from the M.J. Neeley School of Business at Texas Christian University.
